Product and Money Return Policy

The Buyer is responsible to check the product upon receipt, and if it does not meet the quality criteria set, if it is damaged, or if it is not accompanied by the necessary marking and all the necessary securities (Receipt – Invoice / Shipping Note), then the Buyer, if he is a natural person and meets the criteria of the definition of “Consumer” according to Law 2251/1994, has the right to withdraw within 14 days without any other obligation to the Buyer or a third party (eg Transport Company ) and the Seller is obliged to return any amount received for the specific sale from the Buyer including shipping costs, if any.

The above right of withdrawal will be valid subject to the provisions of A.3b of L.2251 / 1994, especially for the case of Products which may be altered or expire soon, in which case the relevant right of withdrawal from the sale will not apply.
